Every organisation gets one free first month on either paid plan. There's no base fee, and your first 8 runs are free, enough to put FlowDeck through its paces on a project that matters.

You choose your plan and add a card at sign-up. We remind you before your first billing date, and you can cancel before then.

How billing works.

One run is one simulation. Before you click Run you can always see whether it will cost anything. You're only charged when a run completes successfully. Failed runs are never billed.

Your billing date is the day of the month you signed up. The base fee is charged at the start of each month. Paid runs are added up through the month and charged on the next billing date. If a month doesn't have your billing day, we bill on its last day.

No. Standard's 8 included runs are for that month only, and free runs not used in your first month are lost.

Yes. Your admin can set a monthly run limit for the organisation and for individual users. New organisations start with a limit of 12 runs a month, 8 free plus 4 paid. That limit lifts once your first invoice is paid, and the admin is notified at 80% of it.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Your billing date moves to the day you upgrade, and the unused part of your current base fee is credited pro rata against your first payment on the new plan. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.

Cancel any time. It takes effect at your next billing date, and runs completed before then are on your final invoice. There are no cash refunds. Your account becomes a free viewing account. We keep your data for 30 days so you can resubscribe and pick up where you left off, and we email you 24 hours before it's deleted.

We retry the card and email you so you can update it. Running simulations may be paused until the payment goes through. If it's still unpaid after 30 days the account is treated as cancelled.

Only the organisation admin enters payment details. The admin invites everyone else, and they never see a payment step. Each organisation gets one free first month.

No. Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars excluding GST. GST is added for New Zealand customers.

When billing goes live, existing accounts become free viewing accounts. Choose a plan like anyone else, with the same free first month, to keep running simulations.
